Knowledge and experiences instead of just sugar and junk!
This was the BEST advent calendar my kids have ever received. They get too much sugar and cheap trinkets throughout the year, but especially during the holidays. This gave them knowledge, curiosity, and an experience. The variety is awesome, and it gave them a few gems as keepsakes.

Great gift for science loving kids!
Science enthusiast loved it! 10 year old boy approved. Very fun experiments that can be done mostly alone but did assist as a bonding activity. He was so cute in the little safety glasses.

Fabulous and fun!
This was such a fun calendar for my 6 year old. He loved the rocks and minerals, and the experiments were easy enough for him to do a lot of the prep and work. We had fun as a family setting things up and heâs learned a lot. Make sure you keep all the bags from the experiments because some of them are needed again! We put each one into a zip bag so we could keep using them.

Engaging and fun.
My daughter received this for Christmas this year, and we are all obsessed. The instructions are very clear and well-written. The quality of the products inside are exactly as anticipated. The balance of science experiments, âmagic tricksâ, and simple geology education is just enough to maintain her interest and excitement each day, so there is great variety. The advent calendar and directions is well-designed. The box and size of materials is also sufficient. The box itself is fairly large, but the activities are easily done in the evening.
This is the perfect size to fit in my travelerâs notebook. I love the weekly spread with extra room for to-do lists and journaling. –
Great for my tween!
This was perfect for my tween son. Full of daily science experiments that didnât require significant time or supplies. He could follow the directions independently and loved the variety.

Best Advent Calendar
This was such a fun advent calendar!! We loved how it was an activity every day to open, and not just a a little trinket that would get thrown in the trash. The science experiments were all successful and a lot of fun! Some of the magic tricks are difficult, so even older kids would enjoy this calendar.

Awesome for kiddos!
Got this one for my 7 year old. She absolutely loved the magic and experiments throughout the month. It comes with an instructional book as well as a site to watch how-to videos for the harder tricks. All items are stuff she can do and she has a new found love for magic tricks! Even begged to take her wand to school. Great purchase.

Buy it, your kid or neurodivergent partner will love this!!
I got this for myself, I’m a 34 year old adult :)I saw it on sale for $9 bucks on Black Friday and wish I had grabbed a couple because it’s a steal- even at the full price.I’m not a paid reviewer (maybe one day?) I just was really pleased and surprised by this! I want you to get this for your kiddo or yourself if you’re pondering because I really think it’s worth it. At the time of this review it’s listed for about $16 last I looked.I love glow in the dark, I love space theme and I love dinos, I really enjoy hands on activities too and this had everything. At first glance I thought I was just getting little glow figures, which I thought “Okay sick 24 little glow figures to place around my room or add with gifts for friends etc.” but it ended up being way cooler! If you don’t want spoilers for what’s inside then stop reading here.I loved that this was a really unique advent calendar and I honestly wish more were like this!!I got several glow figures, 3 space themed sun catchers to paint with glowing paints, 4 rocks with paints and dino stencils to decorate them with, an invisible ink marker that came with a little uv light to read the messages, And TWO bouncy ball molds with the powder mix to make them. Oh and a crystal which was maybe the most disappointing part as it just is a rough cut with a tiny plastic stand but honestly the quality of this whole product was very impressive. The packaging was well made and designed all the compartments are fully separated and the punch out parts are firm but easy to open.I didn’t end up using this as an advent because it was just a cheap treat to myself and my inner child and I was really curious to know what I got for the price so I opened the whole thing and had such joy doing so.Just had to come make a review because I want other people to know how cool it was and so that this company does well and keeps making them !!Can we get year round goal oriented advents? Whoever put this together, bravo, get a raiseð

5 stars for sure, was my first year ditching the chocolate advant calandera for my kids and zero regrets from either my kids or myself. My 7year old son had picked this one, we had an amazing time together learning and doing the crafts. Excellent value for money, great Educational value and Fun for kids.

A few of the first days have products you need to wait to use till the following days, but otherwise an amazing product. My kids absolutely love this countdown calendar and the learning and ability to sit down with a project for a while. I’m loving the time spent together

The twist on this advent calendar is a great idea, and my 7-year-old son was pretty happy with the toys and the little projects that it included. That being said, as this was a review item, this wasnât opened in the way that it normally would be; I used this as a reward system for spelling practice; letting him open a door for correct spelling,(which worked great by the way).To be honest, I do think he would have probably been a bit disappointed with a couple of days if we had used this traditionally, because there were quite a few very basic and very similar, small plastic and rubber dinosaurs and animals; and although theyâre cute and they glow in the dark, theyâre not very exciting and theyâre really not unlike the type of small toys that are often included in birthday party loot bags, etc.The craft and activities included have been fun and heâs enjoyed the process of creating and seeing the way that the different things heâs used will glow. With his favorite, probably being the bouncing balls that you get to create – but it is worth noting not to overfill these moulds because if if itâs stuffed to full, the polymer seems to be more problematic and can stick to the mold a bit, potentially ruining your rubber ball. There are also rocks with images you can put on them to paint, but Iâve noticed the images on a few are larger than rocks; although this wonât be anything that we canât work around, itâs a bit annoying.Overall, I think this advent calendar is a great idea, and definitely a nice change from the traditional expectation.
