If your a collector OK
OK this does not light up the eyes don’t move, and he doesn’t talk while he’s scooting. His voice activates when he leans back, and you pull the toy backwards like with old school toy cars to move it forward. I moves slowly and he does not talk as it moves. But other than that I collect toys like this so I was a little disappointed but it’s fine
