Great toy!
If there is one word for this toy it’s DURABLEMy son has beat this toy up for about 3 years now and it’s still in perfect shape and he still plays with it every single day. The pieces are smooth and don’t splinter. Color has held up well. Would definitely purchase again for another child because this one will last my son forever and he’s been pretty rough with it. Great value for the money.

Love anything Melissa and Doug
This is a great way to introduce shapes through play. Itâs perfect size for my toddler. Functionally it works great and has held up amazingly with throws and drops from my child. We had this for about two years and none of the paint has chipped off. Itâs an amazing value if you can find it on sale. Iâd definitely buy it again!

Best toy I have bought
I bought this for my son to have a new toy when we traveled. I needed something that would keep him interested at the hotel. This worked great. He was 14 months at the time. Now 16 months, this is still a favorite toy of his.The shapes are easy to loose under the couch. That is the one draw back.Durability: so far, itâs held up great. There are a few scuff marks but they are barely noticeable. The scuffs are from my son trying to force shapes in where they donât belong.Educational value: This toy is great for teaching shapes and about dump trucks. My son has figured out where some shapes go but not all yet.Color: The colors match the pictures. Some of the previously mentioned scuff marks have the colors of the shapes that created them, but the shapes look the same.Size: Great size. We even traveled with it without taking up too much space.

Great for parent-child interaction- lots of versatility and educational value, but paint peeling 🙁
This is one of the toys that my youngest son has played with the most. He loves fitting the shapes into the holes. At first he needed help (like at 18 months of age I often had to point to the right hole, then he would figure out how to orient the block to fit it in. We would name the colors as we put them in.) Soon he was able to figure out which hole each one went in and we counted as we put them in. You can also put the shapes around the room and have him wheel the truck to them to put them in. (That was a suggestion on the package, which I really love those suggestions for play from Melissa and Doug!) Now he is learning the names of the shapes, dumping and re-loading etc. My only concern is that the paint is peeling off and I don’t want my toddler getting paint chips in his mouth.

Great quality
Got this for my 2 year old and the shaped being so similar was difficult. My 4 year old can figure out all the shapes and have enjoyed playing with it

He really likes how he can fill it up and dump it out.

My son loves this wooden truck. He Learned the names of the shapes and the colours by playing with it. The only problem with it is the back door where the hinge is loose, causing it to open easily. The product over all is very well crafted and sturdy. I had it for over 2 years now.
