Perfect mindfulness activity & great for families
I ordered this for my mindfulness class and was so impressed with the kit. It comes with everything a single person needs to create a happiness bank, small note paper, cute shaped note cards, a gel pen, a heart shaped gel Bank with stickers to decorate, and small sticky fasteners to rolls and seal the note cards. The paper is NOT a sticky pad, it’s just regular square shaped paper. The pens in the photograph did not come with the kit, I provided those for my students. The kit even comes with ideas and prompts for how to use it.My students really enjoyed this activity and all have since remarked about the lessons learned. I also used this with my family. My kids – ages 2.5 and 6 – drew pictures or words that made them happy or to represent happy memories and added those n addition to little things trinkets and items from nature that made them happy and we placed all of these in the happiness bank. When one of my kids is sad, she gets to pull one of the happiness items out and the whole family gets to talk about the memory/reflect about what makes us sad/happy.Although I’m sure most people could create this kit themselves, for the cost and convenience, it makes sense to just purchase this. Everything is there and the application for use is endless. Great value, wonderfully done.

Cute! Love that the packaging is paper and not plastic!
This is a really cute little craft kit! My daughter loves stuff like this and this was so fun for her. First off, I was so impressed that everything was packaged in paper bags. No extra plastic!The bank itself is made of a thicker cardboard with clear plastic inserts. There is a hole on the top to insert notes but you can also remove one side.There is plenty of space to decorate and plenty of items to decorate with! They give you a LOT of paper to write your statements of gratitude and thankfulness. Plus little stickers to seal them closed or decorate with. You also get adorable little cards to write in as well. Not only that, you get a pen too!Once the notes and cards are placed in the bank it looks so cute!As a parent, I know that sometimes toys are only entertaining for a short time. I always feel guilty tossing them when they have outworn their welcome. Due to the materials I feel like once it’s time for this one to go it will be easily recycled or quick to decompose. So happy they used minimal plastics!

Fun Twist on Gratitude Journaling
Many adults keep a gratitude journal to help remind themselves to stay positive or find the bright moments in each day, but maybe that’s a little too boring for a kiddo. This happiness bank is a great alternative!I wasn’t aware that Faber Castell had products outside of fine arts supplies, but here is this adorable craft kit! Such a cool discovery. Also the quality definitely transferred over. The box is really sweet and attractive. It’s glittery and exciting and something that any kid would love to open up at Christmas or for a birthday.I love that this involves creativity but isn’t an overwhelming craft to put together. Really it’s mostly decorating, and then the activity itself. It’s a great way to bond with your kid and could be a sweet addition to the bed time routine. It also feels totally appropriate for a wide range of ages.I would highly recommend this to anyone!

My 7 yeah old daughter said ‘this is 10 stars ⭐️, Mummy’ – so it must be good!She loves crafts and writing ✍️, drawing etc so this is ideal for her. I love the idea of filling a happiness bank with 100 days of gratitude. It’s a lovely sentiment and when she’s having her challenging days, this will help her through it.It’s a great gift!
