Best Self Origin Story
I have ADHD, so it’s hard for me to keep focused and on track. While looking for tools to help me stick to my goals, I came up empty and decided to create them myself. I used Kickstarter to fund it, and it resonated so deeply that we crushed our fundraising goals. So, really, it was people like you who started this brand. People who just needed a little hand building healthy habits.

Effective and Entertaining
Great communication tool! Just started using it with my students (of all ages) and the variety of questions is expansive. Looking forward to including it in every workshop. Thank you.

Wonderful way to bond with kids
We keep this on our dinner table. When we have sit-down dinner, the kids always want to grab some cards and start talking. Great questions. Great product.

Buy this for your family! Therapist approved.
As a licensed marriage and family, I recommend this product all the time when talking to parents. My children love these and will ask to do them. They love sharing their answers to the cards and hearing everyone else answer as well. The maker also makes decks for couples which I highly recommend. The increased intimacy far outweighs the money spent.

Great conversation starter
My 14 year old and I recently started therapy together. Our therapist had us play a game using cards similar to these. I decided to buy our own deck to use here at home with her and my other children. They love it! We do this at the dinner table. Itâs a good way to start conversations, get to know each other and learn new things about each other. I have one child that does not really like to talk much or share feelings. So this is a good ice breaker. It pulls him out of his shell a bit.

Good questions
The questions were appropriate and fun for me to talk with my school aged kid. It helped me to understand my kid better and also very good for my kid to learn to express his thoughts. The only reason I took a star off was that it was too pricey for my point view.

Connecting with your kids!
My daughter loves game. She struggled with sharing thing with me since school started until we got this game. Now she pulls it out and asks to play for a while. she has shared so many things with me and has told me how she loves talking about how things make her feel. I also share things that show that adults are vulnerable too. Def recommend

I bought these to help our 4 year old focus at dinner and create conversation with him. He loves doing the cards and asks for them as soon as we sit down at the table

A lovely idea perfect for getting families talking. We used this during COVID lockdown to give our children some opportunities to talk through any concerns and itâs definitely been good for us as a family!
