Easy way to teach time

Best Teaching Click ever!
Iâm a former teacher. What impressed me about this clock is that the minute hand moves by minutes and itâs the same color as its numbers. The hour hand only clicks by hours and is Color coordinated with itâs numbers. Makes it very obvious and clear.

Just what we needed!
I got this for my 1st grader. This is really helping her break out of everything being “o’clock” and into understanding the minute hand. The clock can tell you what time the hands are set to, plays Hickey, Dickey Dock, and has all the minutes marked on it’s face. The noise volume isn’t too bad and the voice isn’t as annoying as other toys out there. The clock is sturdy, and overall just a really, really good purchase for us.

My daughter loves it, but it Incorrectly tells the time!
Itâs cute, the music is good, it tells her the time after she sets it. All are good. Two negatives. 1) The quiz part is advanced with no option for setting more beginning time which discourages my daughter because she is young and canât answer some questions. Would be nice if they had a beginner and advance mode.2) On one type of quiz questions, it gives the wrong time. It tells her sheâs wrong, and then gives the answer⦠Which is incorrect. Something in the setting is off by one hour. If itâs 10 oâclock tell her itâs 11 oâclock.I canât return it as itâs been too long, Although we just opened it today. Iâm a little concerned. Itâs going to teach her the wrong thing that will stick in her head as primacy.

Great learning tool!
This clock is very cool. It is great for kids practicing to learn to read time of course. It will read the set time out loud and includes games to move the hands to practice clock reading. But it does more! It also has changing lights and plays different music for each labeled hour when put into bedtime mode! The plastic hands are durable and a good size for little fingers to push around. It is definitely more durable than I’d expected. Still working and I watched my 5yr old throwing it around and playing with it for nearly 2 yrs now! 5 stars! Thanks!

excellent clock for 3 to 6 yr olds
I like the clock, and my 3.5yr old toddlers too, its quite educative, and is helping them know how to tell time, even though analog clocks are gradually being faced out. still good for them to know how to tell the time….+ it has a sleep soft music mode

It has a short life.
I purchased this specifically because it does not tell the time digitally. Initially it worked really well and has a lot of features. My son enjoyed it and was learning how to tell time but unfortunately it has a short life. We change batteries about three times but the clock tells time inaccurately and gives incorrect answers. : (

Stopped working after 10 months; seller sent replacement
Updated to add: the seller sent a replacement. I should have checked with the seller first before posting my review. I thought it was too late since we had the clock for almost a year. The seller was great at solving the problem. Updated to add 5 stars because we liked the clock a lot when it is fully functional. It is the ideal tool for my child to learn to tell analog time.Cute clock with multiple learning modes but sadly it stopped working. Weâve had it since February 2021 and I discovered in December 2021 that it wouldnât talk anymore. I put new batteries in and checked and rechecked to make sure they were in correctly. My child did not use it very often and was never rough with it. We could still use it to tell time but itâs not as fun without the instructional talking voice. This is a disappointment. This is cheap, but not inexpensive, garbage from China. My expectation for a toy like this is that it should be handed down to younger kids for several years, in working condition.

This is a sturdy clock, ideal for learning to tell the time. Also plays nice music for bedtime.

Thoughtful and fun to play with, this toy clock does exactly what it claims – teaches how to read time playfully! It has a learning mode which let’s you moving the hour and the minute hand, and press the button on top to know how to read the time. It has coloured hands and the corresponding numbers to read the hour and minutes in the same coordinated colours of yellow and read. The face of the clock will also show you how to read the time every quarter of an hour. The quiz mode is fun as well and let’s the child revise and see if he / she is on the right track. The third – the music mode, really is my child’s favourite. What I also appreciate is that if the toy is left unattended in the switched-on mode, it plays a notification tune to remind one to simply switch it off when not in use.
