One year old is attempting to use a hammer with this well-made toy
Wanted the one year old to learn how to use a hammer. This is a well-made toy and so far is beginning to learn to swing a hammer. Who knows he may go into the trades.

Cute little toy for first birthday
He likes hitting them with his hand, hasn’t figured out the hammer. But he enjoys it, sturdy and good quality.

Our 2 year old loves it
Fun creative, versatile learning opportunities. Paint chips because he loves the mallet. But is holding up very well after a week of wild child.

Excellent Hammering Toy!
My son loves hammering the pegs on this toy! The hammer is a great size and the whole toy is very sturdy! The wood quality is smooth and strong. I also love the colors so bright! And it already came built so I didn’t have to do anything!

Takes a beating
This is one of those old school toys. Sturdy, made of wood, except for the little toggle piece underneath that pops the wood pegs up. Our grandbaby loves to wack this thing over and over with the wood mallet. He also uses his fingers to push the pegs down. After months of very aggressive play it had a few dings but it hasn’t shown any signs of giving up or breaking. The mallet is solid wood as well and the grand baby also loves using it to “work” on his other toys. I recommend this to anyone and it would also make a great gift.

Good quality material. No hard edges. Bright colors and nicely painted. Easy to play with. Holds quite good also when it is thrown on the ground, at least until now.
