Great quality with a few small issues
This is a really beautiful wooden toy set. The quality of materials used is excellent and it is visually stunning. I love the subtle boho colors and the natural wood. The instruments are, for the most part, top notch with a few small issues I noticed after playing with my child.The xylophone is perfect. It is musically accurate. I had previously purchased a wooden xylophone toy for my child which, while fun, did not play a scale in the correct order. This one is great and I love that it comes with two wooden mallets. My child can play with one in each hand or we can each have one and play together.The tambourine is also perfect. It is a good size but nice and lightweight. There is a proper thumb hole and the surface is taut as it should be.The triangle is shockingly nice quality. It’s pretty heavy duty as is the beater. The sound is loud and lovely. However, the little rubber ring used for holding the instrument could be a choking hazard for very young children. The listing markets this set for toddlers 1-3. The rubber piece needs to be bigger so as not to present a choking risk.The next issue is with the clarinet/trumpet/horn. I don’t know what to call it since it really doesn’t make any musical sound anyone would want to hear. It just makes a loud honking whistle sound I can only equate to that of a party horn. There are no holes to alter or vary the pitch or make more than one note. My kids loooove it but I can’t stand it.The listing refers to one of the instruments as a “wooden hand bell” so I thought the balls would make bell sounds. They don’t. They are just wooden balls so the instrument really is mostly a rattle. It’s very cute but it’s not a bell.The wooden sounder and stick are well made. They make the percussion sounds you’d expect.The maracas are fantastic. They make lovely soft rattling sounds like real, good quality maracas. They are the perfect size for little hands to hold.Overall I’m over the moon with this beautiful set. It does have a few flaws but it’s really great quality and we enjoy playing with it very much.

This set has 7 different music options for the kids. It’s preschool friendly. And looks great in a classroom. It’s a nice wooden set that provides hours of entertainment for the kids. It provides them with an opportunity to learn new instruments and to play with them.

My kids love these little instruments. These cute little toys bring hours of joy and fun for the curious toddlers. I like that it’s a set so they don’t get bored with just one. Sound quality is decent but again it’s for kids. Pretty tough construction tho. And perfectly sized. They are a great deal for the price.
