Autumn craft
I wanted some stained glass decorations, but didn’t want to spend that kind of money. I found this kit and even though I am 65 years old, I enjoyed creating my own stained “glass”. I found out it was easier to gently squeeze some paint into the little partitions, then use a brush to spread the paint into the corners. The paint tended to bubble up, so I had to keep stabbing the bubbles with a brush. They didn’t pop easily.My 8-year-old granddaughter loved my display, so I let her make a couple. She kept squeezing too much paint which would then overflow into the next compartment. SO – you may want to keep this craft for children who are more particular and neat.
