Ideal for a Comforting Warmth and So Soft!
LOOOOOOOOVE THIS!!!I had a sore throat and was feeling accordingly yucky in early December. The same week I had ordered a heating pad designed to be used in pet beds for my 105 year old Chihuahua. Well, as I sat on the sofa shivering, I spied the new pad and placed it on my lap. It was stiff and only covered my thighs, but the heat was so comforting! I dropped many hints about what I would like Santa to bring me for Christmas, but when that failed, on December 26th I thoroughly scoured Amazon for the best heating pad for humans. I found this one. It’s PERFECT! Just the right size, it covers my legs from my lap to my ankles. (I figured a heated throw would be too big and bulky and a pain in the tail to deal with every time I had to get off the couch for whatever reason) The covering is so soft and this pad is quite pliable, as opposed to the one I borrowed from my ancient dog. I use it every evening when we sit to watch the news and then whatever movie or episodic we are currently into. The timer shuts off after 2 hours, but it’s easy to restart a new session and that is a good safety feature. It’s just what I wanted, even though I am now healthy, it’s still winter and chilly!

Excellent! Exceeded my expectations. I wanted a heating pad that was not whimpy and Luke warm. This heating pad gets nice and hot and heats up fast! It’s big…covering my legs and feet completely! Very, very satisfied!!!

Almost perfect weighted heat pad
Have used heat pads before, but what stands out about this one is that it is weighted and that makes such a huge difference. The weight allows it to press against the body so the full heat effect can be felt (great for period cramps!) and the weight helps it drape around the body too in any position (great for lying on the side).A couple of weeks after I got this, I fell and badly injured my pelvis ligaments. This was fantastic for applying heat and pressure to my pelvis over the course of the day (alternating with ice packs) and I believe was instrumental in quickly healing the worst of the injury. It’s great for cramps, back pain, and just keeping warm and feeling hugged. I actually use it powered off too (cord is removable), because the weighted effect is soothing, and it retains heat for a long time after use.I plan to get another one because this one gets hijacked by my teenager and cat! I did get this brand’s shoulder version, and that’s okay, but nowhere as good as this one. In hindsight, I should have returned the shoulder one and got another of these.My negatives are more niggles: it could be a bit bigger, I’m a US size 4 and it doesn’t cover my back. The plastic controller buttons click very loudly (annoying at night), rubber buttons would be quieter. The cord from the blanket to the controller is either too short or too long, it just seems to constantly be in the way and falls and hits against the side of the bed every time I, or the pad, move, making me worry about it’s longevity. I think I would prefer it to be further away from the pad, so I don’t lie on it. However, these minor nuisances are livable for the comfort the pad brings.

It takes a while to get it, but worth the wait.
This heating pad is the real deal, from neck to hips it’s got you covered. It’s got adjustable temperature and time settings. It’s very soft to the touch, is weighted, very comfortable to use. This heating pad checks all the boxes for me.

I bought this for my husband so he could have something long and wide enough to cover his whole back, this does that plus extra! This is a really high quality heating pad, no annoying insert that moves around and the cord is high quality as well with up to 10 heat settings and auto shut off after two hours. I bought another to gift to another family member as well. Definitely worth the money!

Bought this heating pad in March 2022 when my previous one from another brand stopped working. The company of that heating pad was unable to provide me with a replacement as they had no shippers in Canada at that time. So I set out hunting for a replacement.When I found this massive deal I was skeptical but took a risk. The 17″ width is still a little narrow for my preference as I am a larger but the 33″ length was very welcomed! Suffering from hypothyroidism, this product never left my side even in the summer. It has 6 heat settings but I RARELY ever needed to go up to 3 (which is the default when you turn it on) so kept it at 2 most of the time.Sadly, today after not quite 2 years of service I started getting the F code read out. If anyone is familiar with heating pads, we know that means the end of the line for this one.If you are okay with needing to replace the heating pad every 2ish years then (so long as the quality is the same as when I bought it) I do recommend this. I used it ALL day almost everyday since it arrived, including on vacations.
