Fun, fun!
Best educational toy without little pieces getting lost. Fun even for adults, believe me I tried it! Got hooked.

Fun, a little hard to navigate
The graphics on this are delightful! The magnets do work, the wands will pick up the little boats and they do a pretty good job of holding them if the child doesn’t move it too quickly. The boats dock well into their slips. You’ll have to make sure the child knows to hold the wand perpendicular to the surface, otherwise the magnet end of the wand won’t pick up the boat. This activity will work best if the child has had some exposure to both upper case and lower case letters, but just moving the boats will promote eye-hand coordination and motor skills.

Learning through fun is the best way!
This game is so cute! Everyone that gets their hands on it immediately wants to play with it and solve it. My niece is four and I thought it would help her with learning her alphabet because it has lower and upper case letters, so it has a good educational value. The premise is to take each boat and drag it with the magnet pen into its respective docking station. One good part is that the magnet strength is good enough that once you grab the boat, it stays with the pen until you pull it away from the plexiglass top that sits on top of the board. The boats are never loose, so you don’t have to be afraid of losing any parts. The pens are attached to the board, too, and I didn’t feel like the length of the cord was too short at all or too long and would get caught on anything. The size makes it portable and it’s a great value for the money. We had a lot of fun with it and the best part was hearing her parents tell me they were playing with on the side, too. I think it appeals to our OCD and wanting things to be in their right place.

Island Magnetism.
I have a nice collection of magnet maze games and like finding a new, cool one.I liked the looks and island theme of this Aeuefuea magnet maze board and looked forward to testing it out. It comes in a good storage box with modest graphics.I really liked the layout of the board and how thick the laminate was, insetting the islands deep in the laminate stack. The islands and boats are more than twice as thick as most other mag boards Iâve used, and my favorite aspect of this maze. It looks like the islands are islands coming out of the water and boats look like floating boats. On close inspection the cuts in the laminate arenât cut as close as they could be, and small, but noticeable, flecks of loose flakes and chips trapped under the plexiglass. The plexiglass is pretty standard thickness, but because of how much space in the depth of the cut laminate, thereâs a deeper hollow made within the spaces of the islands. This isnât necessarily bad, I like the deeper recess, but it makes the board more flexible than other boards when pressed and feel less sturdy.Itâs not going to fall apart, but it does make it feel lighter and a little flimsy. The (2) pens are great though, and unique from most other boards and a main attraction. The playability goes way up, because two can play at the same time. I found myself smiling for a bit, when I docked boats while using both the left and right hand at the same time and see how fast I could dock all the boats. The magnets are good and because of the deep inset, itâs fun to move and toss the boats around.Overall, I really like the layout, (2) pens and play of this board and feel itâs worth the price because I think it will be played. The only reason I didnât rate this board higher is there is debris trapped in my board under the plexiglass and a couple sloppy cuts. Itâs just cosmetic, wonât affect play, but could be better.

These are so fun for toddlers
I got this for the grandkids who love playing with this non messy magnetic learning board. It helps them with their dexterity, as well as learning the alphabet. They are great to take in the car or a restaurant or airplane as you don’t have to worry about a mess or missing parts as they are self-contained. The colors on this one are lovely with the boats to park and match them with the corresponding letter. This one also comes with two pens that slide inside the wood to keep them safe and a string to keep them secure. Well made too! I would say they are great for kids age 2-5.

4.5 Stars!
No missing letters.Good quality board. Bright, rich colors.Magnetic pens have extenders that are easily removable which means, pens can (and probably will) be lost.My class of 2-4yr olds love this. It’s great for extending the learning of alphabet into play time so great for anyone trying to find activities to reduce screen time.

Exactly as pictured
My son is in kindergarten and having problems with capital and lowercase letters. He gets bored or frustrated and doesn’t want to learn. When I showed him the game he was stoked on it and it’s been super fun. It’s very sturdy, and the pens are attached so you don’t lose them. There’s a cover as well so no boats get lost either. Bright fun colors, good magnet, great value for the price!! It’s been such a help in my son’s learning.

Son loves it!
I was pleasantly surprised with this product! Itâs built well and the magnet functions work great. My son loves to play with it! Heâs too young to appreciate the alphabet/educational part, but I actually enjoyed toying around with it too and itâs definitely one heâll grow into. Very pleased with the product.
