Good mix of pieces compatible with Lego brand. Wish there were more 4×2 blocks, but still had enough variety to build what we wanted to. Bought a second time. Very satisfied.My son says, “Our friends made a gigantic car out of these legos and we made a moose. Many flat pieces. Black didn’t have very many types of pieces” My other son says, “Very awesome. You can build in many different ways and you can be very creative. And you can build many different characters. No human body pieces.”

Very happy with my purchase
Iâm so happy with my purchase. So far, you canât really tell the difference between Lego pieces and these generic pieces. They fit perfectly. The plastic seems good quality. The tool isnât super strong plastic, but seems to work great. I like that itâs a different color that Lego tools (mine is red). I love the assortment of colors. Only classic bricks, so donât expect to find round/curve pieces or anything see-through. I would recommend it and buy it as a gift. I hope the attached pic helps. Those are ALL the pieces sorted by color (drank and light greens and grays together).

Fully Compatible with Legos
I bought these based on other comments saying they fit seamlessly with Lego blocks and they do! Iâve bought other knock of brands before and they donât quite fit so you have to push hard to connect the two or they fall apart easily. These fit together and stay together perfectly! Only difference is they donât have the tiny âLegoâ emblem on the top! Lol They are also 1/4th of the price! This set you do get a lot of the thinner blocks which donât add up as quickly, but with over 1500 pieces the possibilities are endless! Already bought multiple sets to have on hand for future gifts!

Perfect for 4 year old
My son loves these! And I love the price. It says it is compatible with the lego brand, though I can’t speak to that as I am not willing to pay the Lego brand prices. They work just like Lego brand, they are great quality and there is a TON of pieces. The only con that I see is that they are really difficult to take apart. But my son loves them and that’s what counts

I might have given it a 4.5 out of 5 stars…
So as a break down after sorting the bricks and counting out everything I can weigh out the cons and pros of this set a little more fairly but in doing so I find that if I could I’d give it a solid 4.5 stars out of 5 instead of a full 5 stars. Here’s the break downs for the set I got:Pros: I got 15 colors, some I didn’t even know were even brick colors. Got a spare Brick separator. Ended the count with a total of 1553 bricks. Price to brick count is far more reasonable than those of the same count of the Lego brand, plus it snaps cleanly together with Lego brand bricks (I have tested them, also tested with JMBricklayer bricks, also work). It’s random.Cons: 5 colors out of the 15 had no flat brick pieces which I was surprised about, One color was all flat bricks, 1 color was only two style of bricks (one flat one not flat surprisingly enough, and it was the lowest count in the set at 19 total bricks), and 2 colors had one non-flat brick style going for them.Key take a-ways: A good amount of bricks for a pretty decent price, maybe not the best set up in terms of styles within the colors you get but it is random so you may get better luck in that department. The bricks seem to work with both Lego brand and JMBricklayer, might work with Mega Blocks as well (haven’t tried, but I do own some of these blocks, though I only own the three types in total, the maker does say it should work with far more, I’d say test and find out).Over all I’d only dock half a star because I was expecting to see a mix of flat pieces in all the colors I managed to get but it is random so maybe I just got unlucky there, who knows.

Very pleased!
I had purchased a large box of Legos to break up into smaller sets for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes for our church. I thought this set might allow me to add extra, compatible blocks to those sets, and they did! These work well with the branded LEGO bricks. Will buy again!

To say a 1000 pieces is misleading when their are a disproportionate amount of small pieces, but the base plates are very welcome. The price is very good, and they are compatible with other building bricks.

The photo behind the advert for 1500 included large bricks. The largest brick I have is a 4. This set is made up of a majority of small little flat pieces. I have been misled.
