Fun toy for kids who love numberblocks
My 4 year old son loves numberblocks aired on the BBC and he loves pretend play of going shopping like mom and dad.This toy as a standalone is great way for kids to continue to do pretend play and that’s how my toddler is playing with it at the moment. In the box you will find the number 4 numberblock, 2 sets of blocks 1-4, 2 shelves to place the blocks (1 horizontal and 1 vertical shelf), a shopping cart, 16 cardboard coins and finally a checkout counter with a register where the coins can slip through into a tray at the bottom behind the counter.My toddler is ready for some simple addition so this is a pretty good toy for some guided play. My son likes to play with toys the way he wants so we can do this guided play for a few minutes at a time only. The only caveat is that since there are only 2 sets of blocks from 1-4 and the number wheel on the register goes up to 8, the longevity of the guided play is pretty limited.It’s a great toy that’s built with quality plastic. My son enjoys playing with it and when he’s ready for longer simple math “lessons.”

Great tool to teach addition concept with fun and familiar characters!
This is an adorable design for teaching the concept of addition! I love that it included block #4, which my daughter recognized from the Number Blocks show. I am adding other sets from hand2mind to my wishlists.I’ll add that I’m about to graduate with a degree in Elementary Education and think these would be useful in the classroom. These will make a great option for classroom centers if you have proper classroom management to ensure students are using them appropriately.

Confusing to play with
The quality is there but itâs too complicated for kids who only know how to count/beginning add to 4. I read the instructions and theyâre really just open ended ideas but itâs not an open ended toy. I love hand to mins and number blocks but this one is a solid pass because it its too simple but complex to keep kids playing with independently

Wonderful toy for the kiddos that love the show Numberblocks. It’s a nice quality and my toddler enjoys it. It allows kiddos to learn and play with the assistance of a parent.

Great Educational Toy
This toy would be an excellent addition to a classroom or homeschooling set up!In my house we have kiddos age 3, 4, and 6. The 6 year old saw the toy first and we had some one on one time to play and work on the math concepts. His attention was okay for the math play. But what he really wanted to do was just play with the market.The 3 year old saw it next and he again was delighted with it for being a market with groceries and money.The 4 year old autistic kiddo gravitates to numbers and enjoys the number blocks show the most. He spent a good long while playing with it and sorting the by the numbers.The kids definitely enjoy this toy, but it is hard to get any of them to focus on the math portion of it. Perhaps once they have had their fun with it we can bring it out again for individual math time lessons.I could see this being a really great tool to do math lessons if you are home schooling your kiddo.

Making Math Fun – My Kid Loves It!
My kid is really into Numberblocks right now. So, I thought this mini market playset would be a fun way to get them learning about numbers and counting. They have been playing with it for hours, pretending to be a cashier and counting out the money. It’s a great way to sneak in some learning while they’re having fun.
