Great for family fun
We bought these to all collectively create snowmen as a family as we were all blindfolded. It was such a fun activity for all the ages. The products worked well and had lots of options for accessories for the snowmen. The actual slime is a little sticky when you’re first opening the package and is a little difficult to get out, but quickly grips together and isn’t as messy at all. Just the initial bit is slightly messy, but not bad at all. I would buy the product again for sure. Also it can be put back into the container and it has kept well so far and hasn’t dried out.

So cute and fun!
Kids had a blast making these. I even jumped in. Dries soft. Easy clean up. Lots to choose from. Inexpensive. Definitely would buy again.

Snowmen kit
These were alot of fun to make with the grandkids. The white clay type material was very sticky so I made the snowballs for the snowmen. But they enjoyed dressing up the snowmen! We set them all on a sleigh. Some of the fell over if the snowballs were not proportioned well enough. But snowmen melt! Some of the arms were a bit heavy and you had to be patient to hold them in place until the clay dried some.

Cute idea but very disappointing
I bought this for our 2nd grade class Christmas party. It looked like it would be a fun activity. The problem is the decorating pieces are very sparse. Only one broom, one pipe, and only 3 scarves for the 12 snowmen. Seems to be enough hats and little branches to make arms. So I guess all the kids are going to have to fight for the best decorations. We made a sample to try it out. It came with 12 little plastic tubs of the the fake snow, which was like little beads of styrofoam with a sticky glue mixture keeping it together. Touching it was super sticky/gooey. Like handling a rice krispy treats when they are still hot and you’re putting them in the pan. Lot’s of stretchy glue like the stretchy marshmallows in the rice krispy treats. You have to go wash your hands when you’re done. The problem is we made our snowman with 3 little snow balls from one of the little tubs and within 15 minutes the whole thing sort of collapsed into a lump. It looked like a melted snowman. Kind of funny but not something I’m going to bring to school and share with my son’s classmates…This is getting returned. A similar product with white clay would be much better and one that has enough accessories for all the snowmen.

Great idea but not 12 complete kits
This kit is a very cute idea. You get 12 individual containers with the fake snow. Then you also get a bag with all the decorations. The snow itself is a bit sticky to the hand. When you separate it, there is a white film that drags on. As you start to play with it and roll it does attach to itself quite well. I am still not 100% sure of what material this is as the box does not make it clear. I would just be mindful of this if you have kids who mouth things and wash hands after handling it. The quantity of snow you get is enough for making a snowman with up to 3 balls. But not more than that. I was hoping that we could extend play to a sensory bin but between that and the sticky residue, I dont think it would work out.The decorations come in a single plastic bag so you should likely plan on how to separate them so that kids can work side by side. They include enough sticks and hats to cover all 12 snowman. There are also enough buttons, eyes and carrot noses. However, the rest of the decorations seem random and in lesser quantity. There are scarves (3), a santa hat, a candy cone, a star, bells (2), a merry christmas sign and a broom. These are cute additions, but not having 12 of each kind (or even just larger quantities) is bound to bring issues with kids arguing. If you do need all 12 kits I would likely remove these beforehand. The buttons, eyes and nose are very small so young children should really be supervised. The buttons, eyes, arms, hats and noses are all made of sturdy plastic.Overall, I think this is a great idea and the kids did have fun building their snowman. However, it is not a kit that you can just leave out given all the tiny parts, and it is not ready to use as you really need to think on how to sort and distribute the pieces. When considering its value, I would consider more whether the main decorations are worth it (hats, noses, arms) as to be honest I would probably feel safer using these with diy fake snow.

Best holiday craft yet!
Grandma approved!! This was a great holiday craft for the kids. Our group ranged in age from 3-8. It requires the least amount of adult intervention and allowed for a great deal of imagination. Lots of accessories to customize your snowman. The foam is easy to mold and clean. The kids loved making their own âtypeâ of snowman, large, small, baby snowmen.

It’s cute BUTTTTTTTTT
1. There’s not enough scarfs for every snow man2. There’s not enough arms, There’s antlers but it’s not the same3. Also would rather have more santa hats then colored hats so kids aren’t fighting if you are buying it for the classroom etc.4.Don’t like the trinkets there kinda pointless put more pipes and brooms instead of bells and small candy canesBut other then that it’s alright. Didn’t open them to see if it is sticky since it’s for a stocking stuffer for my daughter’s class I had to buy extra arms separately

Great craft kit!
Great craft kit. Is a little sticky, but once the kids got working with it they enjoyed it. Best for kids over 5, but even our toddler had fun.
