Attractive and Tuneful
The PowerTRC 2-in-1 Xylophone/Piano is a fun and tuneful toy that instantly attracts the attention of youngsters. The included song sheet has four tunes to be either played or struck to sound a nice ringing tone as each note is played. Of course, there’s plenty of opportunity for self-expression as only a child can do it! The eight notes comprise one octave and are tuned to the C Major scale. The provided song sheet includes “Jingle Bells” and “Little Star” that play correctly. The other two are not as precise, since it requires additional notes to play them as sung normally. I find this toy to be a way to allow children free musical expression in their play and it encourages the enjoyment of music.I give the PowerTRC Toddler 2-in1 Xylophone Piano Toy a five-star rating. I believe it makes a wonderful toy for any toddler and recommend it to any parent or relative of a child in need of play that can enhance their life.

A great active gift for the little ones
I ordered this xylophone for my niece to keep at my house when she comes to visit so that she has a new toy that she isnât used to playing with. She is almost three years old and she just loves it. She loves not only the sound that it makes but also the colors. She often names the colors of the keys as she pushes them to make the sound. Of course, my favorite is she makes up her own song as she plays along. The keys are also numbered so kids can identify the tone by the number. Itâs a great toy for the toddlers. I do have to keep an eye on her while she is playing with this toy since she does have a one-year-old sister and I worry about her bonking the mallet on her sister’s head.

A favorite of my 7 year old
We need music props for our summer VBS program and this was going to be perfect. It wasnât long after it arrived that my 7 and 13 yo boys were playing ABCâs and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star on this little piano. It was very loud and it was very much a soprano bell sound. It was very annoying when they were just pounding on the keys without any attempt to play an actual song, but it was not too bad if they were trying to play actual songs. There was a cute little song sheet that came with the set that helped my 7 yo play real songs which was fun for me so that I can pass on my love of music to him

This weighs about 1.5 pounds. They include two playing wands that are on the bottom of the piano. I almost missed them when I opened the package.My bird seems to like it.
