Great simple RC truck for my 2YO son, who loves trucks. This is simple enough for him to use. He doesn’t use the reverse function much, he prefers to run after it and turn it and then send it on it’s way. The reverse has a cam system that makes it turn (like a 3-point-turn) but it only turns very slightly on carpet. On wood/tile, it makes great turns. Again not a big deal since my son runs after it and turns it by hand anyway. I do wish the second button was just a rotate (a long time ago my daughter had an RC truck that one button just rotated in place, really easy to use) but I can’t seem to find anything like that anymore.I recommend getting some rechargeable AAAs for the truck. We’ve had it a month and I’ve replaced the 4 AAAs in the truck at least 3x times. My son knows to turn the switch on, but never thinks to turn it off! The remote takes 2, and I’ve never had to replace them even though it’s been left on much of the time. If you’re ever not sure which of the 2 pieces has dead batteries–the truck will flash headlights when you turn the switch on. If you don’t see that, the truck is dead.There’s not a ton of power here–if you put something like a ball or a cup of water inside, it will go pretty slow. But hey it’s a pretty durable and affordable truck that survives the abuse of a toddler. A great deal all around.

My toddlers cousin had this toy and he loved it so for Christmas I wanted to get him one. He loves it but we are changing batteries everyday and sometimes twice a day, I have tried different types of name brand batteries, Iâve tried cheap batteries. Iâve tried it all and still. Itâs disappointing because my son loves this thing.

I have not written many, if any, 1-star reviews. But this disappointment of a toy certainly warrants it. At first, it was a great, simple RC truck and our little one loved it. The big button being the reverse wasnât the best design since that is the one he gravitated towards. Regardless, the next morning, the truck was completely broken and would not move.If thereâs a silver lining, itâs that the truck can still be played with without utilizing the remote. However, I would recommend any interested users to look elsewhere for a more reliable toy.

Looking for the remote control car for my toddler . Found this is the good size and only got 2 button so that may easy for my boy to play. Ended up, when I open it , the wheels got a little bit dirty. It looks like someone return it and putted the battery start to play for 2 minutes then not working anymore. Asked for refund . Otherwise , the car look cute and good design. Please donât buy it. I should read the review before purchase . Got some buyer got the same issue.
